A little late with the review but did want to give a HUGE shout out to Bernie and James. They work at the Rivers Ave sotre in Nroth Charleston, SC. Their customer service was top notch. The best customer service I have recieved in a long time. I was headed to take my daughter back to college. While travelling to take her back I got a nail in my tire. It was early in the morning. I Googled tire centers that opened at 7am. Pep Boys was the first on the list. Im so glad it was. James inspected my tires and realized I needed 3 new tires. That was a shock. I was not prepared to have 3 tires replaced. Bernie was kind of enough to let me think through my options and ask all the questions necessary until I was satisfied with my tire decison. He showed me several options of tires and talked me thru my needs and what I should I purchase given the amount of miles I drive. They had my tires changed and I was back on the road all within a 1 hr. Thank you !!!

I don't normally write reviews, but after the incredible experience I had at **Pep Boys, 6240 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406**, I felt compelled to share my experience. I had only owned my truck for **two weeks** when the check engine light suddenly came on. Even more concerning, whenever I was driving on the interstate or another major highway and had to slow down, the entire truck would shake violently and uncontrollably. It was honestly frightening. I knew something was seriously wrong, and I wasn't even sure the truck was safe to drive. Thankfully, **my vehicle had a SilverRock Warranty**, so I brought it to the Pep Boys on Rivers Avenue. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had come to the right place. I had the pleasure of working with **Johnny, Bernie, and Ashley**, and every one of them treated me with professionalism, kindness, respect, and genuine concern. They didn't make me feel like I was just another customer—they made me feel like someone whose safety truly mattered. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I especially want to recognize **Johnny**. After thoroug

Fantastic service! I called in late around 7pm on a Tuesday and was able to drop my car off that night. The guys checked it out first thing Wednesday and were able to replace the alternator and do an oil change by 2pm! Johnny was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful over the phone and at the front desk. Great experience, thanks guys!

The service here over the last couple of days was beyond awesome! Johnny and James took great care of my car and I. They actually saved me hundreds of dollars when they checked my car a second time and avoided doing an unnecessary repair! I really appreciated the thoroughness of their work. Johnny even took the time to explain to my grandmother what the issue was!

Everything about this walk in experience was great. Mr. Johnny and Mr. James took very good care of me after a bad brake experience due to incorrect installation that caused me to replace new brakes and rotors. They took their time with me and made sure I was good and safe. I will forever recomm and them and remember this experience. Thank you so much
